The strategic questions that matter rarely resolve in a single session or a week's thinking. They need time, multiple angles, and someone outside the company who knows yours well enough to think with you at full depth and is neutral, so as to say what no one tells you inside the business.

We work together for six months, sometimes longer. The work follows you: the decisions as they arrive, the patterns underneath them, the person doing the leading. I'm not building a report. I'm thinking with you, over time, as the picture develops, and drawing out your best ideas.
